Payment

On PH Furniture webshop payment can be made with: Creditcards (Dankort, Visa and Mastercard) and Debit Cards (Dankort, Visa and Mastercard). The amount will be debited your account when the goods are shipped.

Delivery

Delivery costs:

  • Delivery to customers in Denmark: Free of Charge.
  • Delivery to customers in Germany, Sweden, Norway and United Kingdom: shipping costs as shown in web page (islands and difficult reachable areas may be subject to higher shipping costs).
  • Shipping costs to other countries: Shipping costs on a request. Will be provided to you on email and before purchase.
  • Delivery is provided by DHL, DPD or GLS.
  • Delivery time from time of order is up till 14 weeks.
  • We organize delivery worldwide.
  • Customer is responsible for any taxes and custom duties if goods are shipped outside of the European Union.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days right of withdrawal, when you shop on PH Furniture web shop. The right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

  1. have received your product
  2. receive the final product in physical possession, when it is an agreement regarding several different products, which have been ordered in one order, and which are delivered individually
  3. receive the last lot or the last part in physical possession, when it is an agreement on delivery of a product, which consists of several lots or parts

You must within 14 days of the receipt of the product notify us if you want to withdraw your purchase. The announcement must be made through info@phfurniture.com, phone no.: +4533330633. In your message you must make it clear that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our model withdrawal form and return this to us. You can find it below. You cannot regret just by denying receipt of the product without informing us at the same time.

Withdrawal of a part of an order

If you buy more than one item on our webshop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are bought and send as one order. Note that you will not get the delivery cost refunded, if you withdraw a part of an order.  

Return

You must send your order back to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to regret your purchase. You must pay the direct cost of returning the product. At returning you are responsible for the product being wrapped securely. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product. Because of their nature products cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to all products sold on PH Furniture webshop. The cost of returning these products is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. 200-350 EUR depending on product type and location.  

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

All products have rights of withdrawal.

The condition of the product when you return it

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can test the product in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store. If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you when withdrawing from the contract can only get part of, or none of, the price reimbursed, depending on the commercial value of the product. To receive the full price you must therefore do the same, as you will do in a physical store. You can test the product but you cannot start using the product.

Reimbursement

If you withdraw from the contract, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a diminished value for which you are responsible, this is deducted from the price. If you are using your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (not, however, additional costs incurred as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery which we offer), without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make the reimbursement to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else. We can withhold reimbursement, until we have received the goods, unless you provide us with documentation of having returned the products. B2B right of withdrawal

There are no special rights of B2B to withdraw from contract – these rights are governed by to the agreement between Tone Art Interior and the Client. Note: We do not receive packets sent cash on delivery.

Warranty

The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s regulations regarding defects applies to the purchase of goods. When you shop at PH Furniture webshop you get a 24-month warranty. This means that you can get either the product repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or have a reduction of the price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to an incorrect use of the product or other tortious behavior. You must notify us within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect of the product. If you notify us within two months after the defect has been found, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) delivery costs.

When you are returning the product please inform us about the problem as detailed as possible. Remember that the product always has to be sent back in the proper packaging, and make sure you get a receipt of dispatch, so that we can refund your delivery costs. Note: We do not receive packets sent cash on delivery or similar.

Personal data policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us on PH Furniture webhop, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We carry out registration of your personal data with the purpose to be able to delivery the product to you. The data is registered at Tone Art Interior Aps and will be kept for a period of five years, after which the information will be deleted. The data controller on PH Furniture Webshop is ToneArt Interior Aps. Information provided to PH Furniture webshop is in no way passed on or sold to third parties, and we register no sensitive personal data. As registered with Tone Art Interior Aps you have always right to object to the registration. You will also have the right to get access to the information that has been registered about you. You have these rights due to the data protection regulation. Inquiries in this matter must be addressed to Tone Art Interior Aps via e-mail info@phpianos.com.

Complaint procedure  

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact ToneArt Interior, info@phpianos.com. If we, contrary to expectations, cannot find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. www.forbrug.dk. It is also possible to file a complaint to the EU commissions online dispute resolutions platform, which mainly will be relevant for consumers living in another European country than Denmark.
